I got this to add some variety to my core routine since the 22 Minute Hard Corps program has you do “core 1” over and over again… Special ops core: Omg it’s hard!! But awesome. It’s seriously a total body workout and could easily be a great stand alone workout too. The length of special ops core is 16 minutes. You do several core exercises back to back 22 times each. There is a modifier, but even that is hard, lol. The dvd also has a special ops resistance and cardio workout, each 22 minutes long. I’m excited to have more workouts for this program because I’m loving the boot camp style!! 22 minute hard corps is awesome
